The acquisition and redevelopment of the classic Art Deco Savoy Hotel in South Beach, a 75-room hotel that is currently operating. The hotel is owned by Allied Partners, which acquired the property in 2012, and was in need of a renovation following Hurricane Irma in September 2017. We are proud to have restored The Savoy to its original Art Deco splendor, now with personalized amenities and bespoke service at the ultra-boutique level. We offer customized service at our South of Fifth location, with access to thoughtful resort and local experiences.
