Eric Hadar, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Allied Partners, is a visionary owner‑operator with decades of leadership across New York City real estate. Eric has overseen the acquisition, repositioning, and active management of numerous marquee assets, combining data‑driven analysis with decisive execution to drive rent growth, occupancy gains, and NOI improvement. A committed philanthropist, Eric founded the Eric Hadar Foundation to expand educational opportunity and support affordable housing initiatives across NYC. Through the Eric. D. Hadar Family Foundation, Allied Partners, extends its commitment to the community beyond real estate.

Ronan Kearney

President, allied partners residential management

A seasoned executive in luxury residential operations, Kearney steps into the role during a pivotal period of strategic renewal, bringing a record of leadership across some of the most distinguished addresses in the country.

Prior to joining Allied, Kearney served as Senior Vice President and Head of National Property Management at Southern Land Company, a nationally recognized developer of luxury mixed-use communities. He previously held senior leadership roles in New York City, including as Senior Vice President at Beam Living, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw operations of the portfolio, including Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town—one of the largest and most complex rental communities in the country. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Management, Operations, and Staffing at The Brodsky Organization and held senior roles with other highly regarded New York firms, including Ogden CAP Properties and Solow Realty—each known for their enduring presence in the city’s luxury real estate landscape.

Kearney brings expertise in organizational design, capital planning, compliance, budgeting, and service innovation. He has scaled multifamily platforms in major U.S. markets, authored operational playbooks, and led initiatives to enhance the residential experience, strengthen board partnerships, and build a culture of performance and pride.

Kearney holds an MBA from Binghamton University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics from SUNY, and a Certificate in Residential Property Management from NYU’s School of Professional Studies. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York State.

He has contributed to industry publications such as Multifamily Executive Magazine and was recently a featured speaker at the Multifamily Leadership Summit in Vail, Colorado, where he appeared on the panel “Winning the Talent Race.” He is a 2025 cohort member of the Urban Land Institute New York NEXT program.

Kelly Noguerol

Head of Human Resources & Corporate Services

Kelly Noguerol serves as Head of Human Resources & Corporate Services at Allied Partners, bringing over two decades of expertise in HR management and organizational transformation. In her role, Kelly drives the development of dynamic talent ecosystems, cultural initiatives, and strategic HR frameworks to support Allied Partners’ growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Allied Partners, Kelly was Global Head of HR for the Profiles Division & Global Accounts at Kantar, a WPP/Bain company and the world’s leading marketing data and analytics firm. As a member of Kantar’s Executive Board, she led global HR strategies, emphasizing scalable operating models and alignment with commercial objectives.

Kelly’s career spans leadership roles in both global and U.S.-based organizations, including TNS and ORIX USA, where she implemented HR strategies that fostered business growth and operational scalability. Her ability to design and execute transformative HR initiatives has consistently delivered measurable impact across diverse industries.

Kelly holds a degree from Rutgers University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her professional expertise and strategic vision position her as a driving force in human resources and corporate services.

Robert Lagno

Vice President of Asset Management & Development

Robert Lagno serves as Vice President of Asset Management and Development at Allied Partners, where he plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing a diverse portfolio of assets in New York and Miami.

Since joining Allied Partners in 2018, Robert has been instrumental in driving asset performance and executing strategic development initiatives, both internally and in collaboration with third-party stakeholders. His efforts have significantly contributed to the company’s success in key markets.

Robert’s expertise spans financial analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the seamless execution of complex initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, he is deeply involved in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of the firm.

Robert earned a B.A. in Economics from Gettysburg College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University. His robust educational background and extensive industry experience establish him as a distinguished leader in real estate asset management and development.

Edward Donnelly

Edward Donnelly is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of expertise in project management, construction, and real estate, renowned for driving operational excellence and delivering complex projects successfully.

As Senior Vice President of Project Management, Edward leads a team of experienced project managers and owner representatives, dedicated to providing tailored solutions for property owners, developers, and boards.

Edward’s career spans diverse industries, including commercial real estate, asset management, and construction development. His proficiency in budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement has consistently resulted in optimized operations and secured business growth. Known for his strategic vision and leadership, Edward is adept at managing large-scale capital projects and navigating multifaceted industry challenges.
