The ownership and redevelopment of the Studio 54 Theater and adjacent office building in Midtown. Restoring its architectural details, Allied Partners converted the iconic Studio 54 from a shuttered nightclub back into a functional, mixed-use theater and office venue, including creating “Upstairs at Studio 54” for special events, then selling the building to the Roundabout Theatre Company.
